Aago AI is a specialist AI consulting firm for operations teams. We build measurable automations (document intelligence, workflow automation, voice intake) under an evaluation-led methodology with written acceptance criteria and monthly Impact Reports.
We are a new firm, so instead of borrowing metrics we publish our methodology, pricing, and a full sample engagement so you can evaluate us before any sales conversation.
The team
Led by Govinda Poudel
Govinda leads discovery, solution design, and delivery directly. The firm is intentionally structured around practical AI automation for operations-heavy teams: start with the workflow, define the business measure, build with review controls, and report whether it is working after launch.
That matters for buyers because you are not handed from sales into an opaque delivery bench. Early conversations are tied to the person responsible for shaping the technical and operational plan.
